The design is a sublimation design pressed with a commercial grade heat pressl. The shirt is unisex style. If you have any questions contact me before ordering. We can make a special order for you! Also, if you are wanting in a different size other than what is listed please contact me so we can take care of all your needs.

Shipping
PRODUCTION TIME:
Orders are shipped 1-2 weeks (business days Monday - Friday) from the date of purchase and will ship within 1-2 days of the scheduled ship date on the Etsy receipt. Production time does not include the shipping time once the order has left Bayou Country Boutique. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE PRODUCTION TIME BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
SHIPPING METHOD:
Orders are shipped USPS First Class mail which is quoted by USPS as 3-5 business days HOWEVER it has been known to be longer. If item weighs more then 1lb it will be mailed priority.
PRIORITY SHIPPING:
To upgrade to USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping (quoted by USPS as 2-3 business days) purchase the listing in the Upgrades section of the shop.
ONCE YOUR ORDER IS GIVEN TO USPS FOR SHIPPING,Bayou Country Boutique NO LONGER HAS CONTROL OVER HOW LONG IT TAKES TO ARRIVE.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Order are shipped to the address supplied at checkout. Bayou Country Boutique is not responsible for replacing or refunding a purchase that is shipped to the wrong address IF the address was the one supplied at checkout.
TRACKING, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, AND INSURANCE:
Tracking is included with the shipping cost.
Signed delivery confirmation is not nor is insurance (unless purchasing Priority upgrade which includes up to $50 insurance through USPS.)
If you would like to add insurance to your order in the event the postal service should lose or damage your order, please message me for a separate listing. Otherwise,Bayou Country Boutique is NOT responsible for USPS damaging, losing, or delaying your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
You may request to cancel your order due to not seeing/reading the production/shipping time, or needing an item faster than the production time. You will receive a PARTIAL refund (less 20% of the original purchase price.) The partial refund will be issued through Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout depending upon the original payment method.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
All sales are final. In the event that an error is made on my part on the finished product, I will replace the item provided that you contact me within 2 days of receipt of your order and provide proof of the error. If it is proven my responsibility, I will either replace the item, offer a full refund or a store credit valid for one year. Please be aware that I reserve the right to request return shipping (at my expense) and photo proof of the damaged item(s) in question. Failure to provide proof constitutes your consent to keeping the item as is and releases me from any further action to replace or refund the purchase.

SIZING:
It is the customer's responsibility to determine the sizing of the item ordered. A sizing chart can be messaged to you upon request.
All items are handmade. Items may differ slightly from photo, such as placement of fabric pattern or adjustment of fonts. Seller reserves the right to substitute different fabric than shown. Slight difference between real and perceived colors of an item may occur due to the nature of an item or resolution of a monitor.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
For best results, maintain your custom creation by laundering the garment inside-out in cold water on gentle cycle or hand wash. Hang garment to dry or lay flat. A warm iron on the BACK SIDE of the vinyl may be used to remove wrinkles if needed (do not iron directly over sequin nor vinyl fabric as it can remove the sequins or melt the vinyl.)
